When I lived in Lancashire the broad accent made me wince but now it makes me feel nostalgic! I found Welsh accents charming (except for the Cardiff accent) and I had no trouble understanding any of them (though I don't understand Welsh). Israelis sound cute speaking English but that cuteness vanishes when they speak Hebrew (which I understand). I enjoy the Aussie style of speech as well as quite a few others, such as Scottish, Irish and South African when spoken with a pleasant voice.

My fiancee has the Dutch and Surinamese accent. I think it is way hot and cute and I love it.

I love the way people from the Dakotas and Minnesota talk here in the US -- very Scandinavian sounding. Of course a Canadian accent is neat to hear, too.
