Didn't they sing "I Think Of You"? That was about the time that I was mad on Kathy Kirby.

I used to fantasize about Omar Sharif when I was a teenager... Let's see, Steve McQueen, Paul Newman, John Kerr (Lt Cable in "South Pacific") and quite a few others.

My 88-year old mother still has a crush on Perry Como (my Dad used to leave the room when his TV show came on)

Kris Kristofferson - in spite of his age now, he is still as lovely as he ever was (blush)
My very very first crush was an actor called Michael Deeks, he played Swiftnick in the old "Dick Turpin" series on UK TV with Richard O'Sullivan as Turpin - I was about 12 I think and used to kiss his poster on my wall Goodnight lol

I thought Shawn Cassidy was a hottie when I was kid. As a teen, I liked Micheal J Fox.

I'm with Taesma on this one! Kurt Russell! I always liked Sylvester Stallone as well, so when they were together in Tango and Cash, I thought I'd gone to heaven!
These days, I'm fond of Nicolas Cage and John Travolta.

I need to add to my list. One that I had such a crush on and would just go into tears when I saw him on TV was Donny Osmond. I never told anybody this when I was a teen because I was afraid that I would be made fun of.

Also, I just couldn't get enough of all of the guys of The Bay City Rollers. Especially Les McKeown.

Ooh yes, David Cassidy. Usually when I look back on a crush years later I think "uurgh, what was I thinking". I saw a clip of the young David Cassidy a few weeks ago and yes, still thought he was gorgeous.

I loved Marc Bolan and Mickey Finn, but I suppose my first real crushes were Davy Jones and Peter Tork from the Monkees. I was indecisive even before I hit double figures!

Well, my oldest crushes, unfortunately are dead. I have never seen any woman to compare to Ava Gardner or Rita Hayworth.

It seems Maureen O'Hara should also be listed among this one - of -a kind -crowd. But that's just an opinion.

And a rather good opinion it is.

That reminds me of one of my crushes from a bit earlier era than mine--Van Johnson. Not the sexiest, most macho, most handsome, etc, but he sure was appealing.
I was pleasantly surprised to learn that he's still alive at 91. Keep kicking, Van!

I didn't have a crush on Donny Osmond till he was an adult. My music dream boy was Bobby Sherman. He sure got the little 8 year old pulse racing. And he was the reason I watched "Here Come The Brides".
"Julie, Julie, Julie, do ya love me...?'
Oh wait, I forgot Davy Jones. Bobby always comes in second to Davy. No one has ever surpassed Davy. *sigh*

Taesma, you must be very close to my age! "Here Come the Brides" was at the top of my viewing list! Bobby Sherman was SO cool!
Same here with Donny - he was the same age as me, and my crushes tended to be "older men!"
I must say David Cassidy had my heart for a while, and the Monkees in general were close to the top of the list!

Penny Marshall -- especially in her pre-L&S days; also in the tv movie "More Than Friends" Gorgeous *and* adorable- it's just an unbeatable combination. I have my personally autographed picture of her and also an autographed baseball from "A League of Their Own" (the latter I had to purchase, so the former is much more special to me) right next to my bed! She's been my "non-attainable" obsession for over 30 years, so I guess I can't give it up now...

"...Julie, do you care? Julie, Julie are you thinking of me? Julie, Julie, will you still be there?" (honest, I did that from memory; I did *not* look it up!)

One of the "magazine" shows did a piece on Bobby rather recently -- he's now an EMT -- not *quite* as cute as he was, but not basd either! *LOL*

I had a big crush on Erik Estrada.

I would never miss an episode of CHiPs, then a few years later, I taped every episode on VHS, including ther reunion move. Now I'm working on getting the show on DVD.

I also had a crush on Randolph Mantooth. I have the first three season of Emergency! on on DVD, and pre-ordered the fourth season.

Joining this late, but yep, it's Kurt Russell. I had a crush on him starting when we were both little kids - there was as boy in my class who sorta looked like him, so he got to be my real-life crush until I was, oh, 12 at least. I've still got a little soft spot for him, after all these years...

Most definitely, she was hot, and one of my earliest crushes.

Current crushes: Jennifer Connelly and Zooey Deschanel.

I'm with you sinned. When I was 7 or 8 I saw Ava in "One Touch of Venus". Rita's great too, but Ava Gardner, I feel is the most beautiful human who ever existed. I even sat through the movie "Earthquake" because she was in it.

Sorry Ren, but I've always fancied(as my "older man fling") Sean Connery and the way he pronounces his "s's" eg: MiSH Moneypenny makes me all goosey LOL.
My crushes go beyond TV/Movies, but here they are:
Growing up it was a race between Mel Gibson,John Lennon,Zinzan Brooke(NZ All Black),Bono and John Taylor(Duran Duran of the 80's).
Now that I'm grown up[?]it's still these blokes! Plus Benecio Del Toro....oooo...the way his name just rolls off your tongue.Dougie Howlett(NZ All Black...PURRRRRRR)Denziel/sp?/ Washington....He's so fine, fine, fine and the fella who plays "Grisham" off CSI. Any one of them is welcome

I've just read in the paper that Brad Renfroe (sp) passed away!
I found this quite shocking, I suppose its because he has been out of the media for a while, and only was 25.

I'll still remember him in that movie Tom and Huck with JTT.
Now that was a movie for all the preteens at the time.
