Oh, I quite agree Rowena - that's the lovely bit ;-) Just trying to explain to Matt that sometimes it doesn't happen that quick! ;-)

My highest is currently;
Rank: 610 Ratings: 229 Good & Excellents: 204 (89%) Exc: 101 (44%), Good: 103 (45%)
I've another which I've been wanting to get more ratings for a while because it currently stands at;
Ratings: 15 Good & Excellents: 15 (100%) Exc: 8 (53%), Good: 7 (47%)
But its a very niche subject so I'm not expecting it to get rated for another 2/3 years!

My highest rated quiz at the moment seems to be the quiz I have on the reality show on TLC- "Little People, Big World".
At the moment it shows: Rank: 9093 of 90000 Times Played: 552 Ratings: 37 Good & Excellents: 32(97%) Exc: 19(51%), Good: 13(35%)
The ranking seems to change a good bit. Has been higher recently, in the 7000's I think is around the highest it has ever been.

My first try at a Brain Teaser has had an excellent reception thus far -- and a much better ratio of Players/Raters than any of my other quizzes, too. I have to wait two more (anxious ) weeks until it's ranked, but so far it's 55 out of 66 (83%) Good/Excellent, 29 Ex./26 Good. Right now it's my 2nd best (though the first is shy 2 ratings of being ranked )

I am now part of the sunnie's club.
The quiz which I mentioned in this thread earlier (sorry I was not aware of the rule of not using the forums to publicise quizzes) is now rated at 8815.
That's with only 1 extra rating.
I have just created 3 new quizzes which are too new to be ranked yet but am eager to see where they rank.
They're the only one's on the topic on the site so they're pretty obscure.

My highest rated quiz is Rank 29 Ratings: 28 Good & Excellents: 26 (93%) Exc: 17 (61%), Good: 9 (32%)
No system of ratings is going to be perfect but I think this system works pretty well. Most of what I would consider my better quizzes have fairly high rankings while those which I think are not very good languish in the lower reaches. There are one or two I would expect to have either higher or lower rankings than they currently have but overall I think the system has got it right.

I didn't even know we could find this type of data on our quizzes. My two quizzes are not that high in the overall ranking site-wide, but they are good in their sub-categories.
Rank: 1510 of 90000 fun (24 in category) Placed online: Jan 1, 2007 Times played: 807
Rank: 3486 of 90000 fun (55 in category) Placed online: Feb 5, 2007 Times played: 798
I don't know how to see the Good & Excellent ratings though.

Shuehorn - The Good and Excellent ratings are listed on "My Quizzes: Edit!" which is near the bottom of the dropdown menu on "Me". Click on that and they're found under "User Feedback". The stats are updated every Monday, hope that helps.

How do you find out where they are in the sub-category?
I only know what the stats which are on the edit screen which I'm assuming is the site wide rating.

Littlesuzie - There is a list of the top 100 quizzes in each of the twenty FT main categories. You can access it via the "Me" dropdown; click on "Old Profile Page" then on "Category Rankings" under "Gold Member Options". I think (but not sure) non GMs can access these. I'm not sure if there are any further sub-category rankings but somebody else might be able to help with this.

I can't find the "Old Profile Page" but then again I'm not a gold member.
I did find the top 100 list once before courtesy of another person on this thread.

I've got one with Ratings: 18 Good & Excellents: 18 (100%) Exc: 9 (50%), Good: 9 (50%) and I keep looking each week to check if it's got another rating (or even both) towards the "magic 20" as I'm dying to see where it will end up once it gets there. It's the best rated one I have, there are a couple with 100% good and excellent but they only have a few ratings, this particular one has been online for a long while now, and crept slowly and steadily towards the 20. I actually get quite a kick out of looking each Monday to see "what it's doing" lol
