*click**click**click**click**click**click**click**click**click**click**click**click**click**click**click**click**click*

Keep it up, she's every so slowly pulling ahead! The first time I did this I just kept clicking and then when I closed Fun Trivia I discovered all the open windows. So I counted as I closed all of them and surprisingly there were about 30. Doesn't take long, so everyone here at Fun Trivia, get clicking!

Wonderful, thanks Roger (and all.) You need to click on 'view experiences'. That gives you a red page. 'camper van' then 'leader board.' Jenny is well ahead. Whoopee!!

Ooops. a message from Jenny:
Oh dear I have been thoroughly told off I had an email from Kickers earlier, they have noticed that I have had multiple votes from the same IP address, and those votes will be removed from my total.

Well about an hour ago, my lead dropped a little, so I guess they have removed the offending votes. The good news is that I am still 1st, and have a bit of a lead, but can not take anything for granted. Please only vote once per day, or from different IP addresses, and tell everyone else to do the same. Thank you

That said, please keep voting LOL !!!!

She's doing well ren! I just voted... I hope she wins. She is the only contestant that doesn't want the van for herself. Must be a lovely lady

Another message.
I have replied to them, apologising for my supporters getting overexcited LOL, and assured them you would all be on your best behaviour from now on.

I feel a bit in limbo tonight, at least when I was chasing top spot I had something to concentrate on, now I am worrying about getting caught. Not to worry, just had a call to rescue 3 more dogs tomorrow from Newport Pound, and 1 is a boxer. I must be strong, I can not cope with another, LOL. At the end of the day, this is what it's all about, so when then clock strikes 12 you can all vote again.

Just want to know if I can vote from different computers in the same house. You know, from my children's and husband's computers. I think we all have different I.P adresses. I just voted from mine now.

I am conforming and behaving now. I put in my one little vote. I just think it's fantastic that we all pulled together to help Jenny, but I feel guilty at the same time. I put in approx. 100 votes and now she gets an e-mail calling her on the carpet. If you look at my first post on the 14th, you will see the irony. In it I told Ren "I just hope the "Computer Voting Police" don't come after me". Did I subconsciously doom her? Oh, the horrid guilt. I am now hanging my head in shame. I am just grateful none of you can see me. Sandy

Don't feel that way! All of us who voted, pretty much did the same as you...there was nothing that stated one vote per ISP number, so how were we to know?

As long as she still wins that van, then everything that we pulled together to do has been worthwhile.

The animals that Jenny will be able to help will be increased by winning that van, and for that and for all our good wishes and votes...she just has to win!

How about me and my computer? I use a PC "air" card to connect to the internet. And since we're traveling while I'm on the net, does my IP address change? If so, couldn't I keep voting from a different city every few minutes? I'd love for her to win that van.

We are well on the way to it. I am sorry , and she is sorry that we didn't know about the one vote. I am sure you are not in trouble and please don't feel bad. On Monday we will all be feeling good!
.
On the website, the couple involved were asked if they had ideas for the free customised painting on the van. Answer:

Hi GB, it will represent all the rescue charities we work with, so will incorporate all their logos, and will be used at events and shows to raise awareness for the rescue charities, they are so underfunded but they do wonderful things for the dogs that are homeless, just today Jen went and picked up 3 dogs from a pound in Newport, she got there mid morning and the vet was due at 12pm, the 3 she picked up were due to be put to sleep then, thats how close it gets for these poor animals, and the charities work wonders to prevent this from happening as much as possible. We have spent close on £100 the past couple of weeks in fuel ourselves to help out, its not a cheap mission by any means, we ebay and car boot donated items when we can to raise money for the fuel, and we have a paypal link on our website for people to donate, although we are not a registered charity ourselves, and if people dont feel comfortable helping us out for fuel, we will happily supply a list of the rescue charities we work with so donations can be sent direct to them. We have 2 Ambulances that we use for our business anyway, the rescue charities have to try and source and upkeep their own suitable vehicles for transport of dogs, each van needs to be customised to hold dogs seperately and safely. Hopefully the camper will be a fun way of making people aware of what goes on that they wont necessarily have any knowledge of. We do the rescue work because we know we can make a difference to alot of dogs lives, dogs that never asked to be born or sold or dumped, have usually been mistreated, and are usually in need of medical care, some even pregnant and dumped before the puppies arrive, as if being heavily pregnant isnt stress enough for them !, it breaks our hearts each story we are involved in, but when we hear that they have new forever homes and are doing really well and see the photos of them looking relaxed in their new homes, it makes every bit of effort and hardship worth it.

So, we still have to win the camper yet, its not over til its over , thanks for the tremendous effort all you guys have gone to telling your friends to vote, just a couple more days, its so close now, but we cant be complacent ! Someone said earlier in the thread, A VOTE A DAY KEEPS THE OTHERS AWAY, thankyou for that its so true LOL

A bit late, but better than never. I just sent the site to all my friends so they can vote once a day too!

Just a side note. I was kidding about feeling guilty and shameful. I knew we would be able to get Jenny in first place and I think we will be able to keep her there. She still has a sizable lead and I have also asked friends to jump on board and vote too. It takes FAR more than the evil "Voting Police" to make me feel shameful and no, I will NOT tell you all why I say that. It's my story and I'm sticking to it!

I have two computers, totally different addresses, that have been put to good use for this the last few days.
Would be wonderful if she wins!

It says 11.59pm on 20th August, which I've just realised is Monday, so we might have to go an extra day on this one I'm sure you can do it.

Well, she's still way in the lead today which is a good sign. I just put my vote in, but without getting peoples hopes up, I think she's got this one in the bag so to speak.

Everyone keep voting though. There's only one way we can be sure that she gets that van!!

What a beautiful dog!!
