I have to agree with many people here about offal, oysters, and the like.
I am vehemently opposed to tomatoes in any form other than pureed, cooked, and spiced. Raw tomatoes are extremely disgusting.
I also don't care for cauliflower, sauerkraut, fried okra, bleu cheese, sardines, smoked salmon, or caesar salad dressing.
I have trouble eating things that still resemble their live states (I like some kinds of fish, but a whole fish with the head cut off filleted right down the middle with the scales and tail still on is revolting).
I don't like spicy foods.
I don't care for Indian food. I have tried some of it, and some of it isn't too bad, but I just can't get past the way it looks. It looks like someone has been ill on a plate.
And as much as I try to get used to it, I just don't like beer. It tastes terrible. I don't know how anyone can like it.

I don't like ketchup, mustard or relish. That's really it. Except for grapefruit (sour is fine, but bitter is just wrong).

My Mom used to make the most disgusting thing, using milk that was almost, but not quite spoiled. I am not sure what it was called, something Pop. My Dad ate it with syrup and Mom ate it with salt. It looked like some chunky, light colored gravy. She made me try it once and that was all I could take; I was gagging and I shudder now just thinking of it.

There are only a few foods i really don't like - in the meat line, tripe, brains and polony.. other Australian states call it fritz or devon I think: hate cucumber and not real keen on brussel sprouts, and eggs as a dish on their own - boiled, scrambled etc. Never been offered jellied eels, and hope not to be. Oysters.... urrrrrrrrk. Favourite - anything spicy, or a good old fashioned roast cooked in my trusty Metters #2 wood stove.

Just in the last few years I've been able to face cinnamon again because of what happened when I was 11. This was circa 1969 and my mother had developed a 'soap ball fetish.' At that time, coloured fragranced soaps were completely new and she had stocked the bathroom with a glass bowl of brightly hued amber soap. You could smell it -the stuff would blow your hair back- every time the bathroom door swung open.
Somehow during this time period I contracted the absolute worst, longest case of stomach flu I've ever had .EVER. It lasted for the better part of a week and everytime my system rejected the most recent jello or broth- I raised my head and there was that odious bowl of cinnamon soap -which, due to the flavoured soap industry being in it's infancy- sort of missed the mark at being cinnamon -but some flowery, faux bakery scent. A vile combination of something peppered, vanilla -but maybe with some Windex in there, too. I remember sitting there on the floor in a fog, too weak to get up and walk out from that tiny, cinnamon section of hades.Time seemed to stop...even now just thinking about it makes me a tad nervous.

I like meat, but I don't eat organs... hearts, livers, brains, etc. I don't eat anything that has more than four legs. I don't care for 'gamey' meats, like venison or duck. I'm not big on seafood. Some fish is okay. Shrimp are especially repugnant. I'm not okay with pulling legs or tails off of something that looks like a giant bug, and popping it into my mouth. And the way it sort of squeaks when you chew it... *Shudder* I'm not in love with chickpeas, lima beans, or curry, but I'll eat those things in small doses.
