Greetings everyone,
First timer to these boards here. Joined fun trivia on August 9th(3 weeks ago) and just joined a very nice team a week ago(Music Moguls). I believe & I am really enjoying this trivia sight. There is so much to do, I need to learn the ropes though because I am confused about which points are the more important ones to gain each day. Can someone explain? For instance, when I am checking my stats or ranking, are the scores taken only from Global challenges that I do, or from the Quizes that have all the categories like world- sci/fi/ People,etc, or also the instant funtrivia quizes? I am very confused so any feedback would be most appreciated. Thanks so much ^ & good luck to all & have fun! (This site is so addicting! I am practically glued to my seat hor most of the day & evening. If my family didn't pop in my office here at home, they'd probably never get to see me!),lol, I guess because this is so new & exciting for me. In time, I will better learn to limit my time but right now I love learning new tidbits plus recalling all the information that is stored away in my brain! Take care everyone.

How exciting Jane, you live in England, a beautiful country rich in history. I wish I could have visited England at least once in my life. Now I am disabled & it's very hard to sit for long, so a trip on a trans atlantic flight would not be a good idea. Oh well, I can dream. Plus Cae, I see you are in India. How wonderful also. Hiya HeavensArrow ! Welcome aboard (and, if I may venture a prediction, the site here seems to become even MORE addictive the more one explores it ). Also, some of the questions you have re: scoring, etc. might be addressed down in the Quizzyland and/or Feedback threads. You might want to give those a scan, if time permits.
