I am trying to find the episode of Babylon 5 that features the "Babylon 5 Mantra": 'Ivanova is always right. I will listen to Ivanova. I will not ignore Ivanova's recommendations. Ivanova is god. And if this ever happens again, Ivanova will personally rip your lungs out!'
I would so like to know the circumstances that resulted in this quote, so if anyone knows the episode title and which season it's in, please tell me.

Also: If anyone knows the episode and season for Londo's line: "I would like to look up and see your head on a pike. And I would smile and wave, like *this*!" and the episode (fifth season?) where his request is granted, that would be cool too.

The episode guide should help with the Londo's wish thing. It may help with Ivanova's mantra as well. Sorry I can't remember offhand - husband's had me going episode by episode through ST: Voyager lately instead of B5...

The wish was not said by Londo but by Vir Cotto. It was in regards to seeing Mr.Morden's head on a pike. The episode would be somewhere in Season 4 near the end of the Shadow war.

I remember it being said to Morden by Vir in the Zocolo...

The part of him waving is in the episode where Morden's head is on a pike - I think when the Shadows almost invaded Centauri Prime but then turned back?
