The gold dragon on top of the dessert is an edible wafer. Unfortunately, the quality of the photo doesn't really do it justice. Here is Proscuitto on Black Grouper, the entreé. Bigger Grouper And here is dessert, Apple and Pear Tart with ice cream, obviously. Note the cork at the top of the plate -- the wine was delish! Here's a whole hogroast, ready for carving by our expert 'chef'! It takes about 12 hours - and considerable skill, to gently roast. Only the skin gets burnt, the meat being cooked perfectly. I hope the sight of a whole pig being prepared doesn't offend too many.
