Have you ever heard a lyric (or entire song) that you wish someone had written just for you? Maybe you wish you could do the same for someone else? What is the most flattering lyric you have ever heard?

For me, it comes from Ani DiFranco's song "Overlap", when she says, "I build each one of my days out of hope and I give that hope your name."

Once a friend of mine wrote a song for me and one of the lyrics was, "Well, I just call her candy grown sweet on me." One of the nicest things in the world is having someone think enough of you to write you a song, and what a "sweet" thing to say!
