Well this week, some people in the judicial System failed.. Tues. (New York), I read, the "Wendy's" criminal, is a death row guy who will stay there, Forever. I think, nobody understands the pain of a family, losing a loved one in that way. My heart burns, when I see no Justice served.

I've never heard of it either. I googled "Wendy's criminal" and finally found reference to Nancy Titelman in Georgia. The problem was, I could find nothing credible regarding a case that has something to do with divorce, child custody, and sexual abuse. All the references were to sites other than news or non-biased items. My suggestion is, if the original poster does not return shortly, is to delete the post.

To add: I see the poster is a Gold Member. Maybe she will re-visit and let us know what this is all about.

Thank you, lilyalli for the link. I also live in the US and had no idea what post was in reference to. After reading it, I am still not familiar. Guess that shows I have stayed away from the news lately. I have enough depressing things going on in my own life. It does seem to be a travesty of the so-called "justice" system. Unfortunately, I'm sure it won't be the last.

Maybe 3 or 4 yrs. ago, someone walked into Wendy restaurant and had fired upon several people. He is serving life in prison, and cannot be tried using Death-penalty

Life in prison with no hope of parole is a much more fitting punishment than the easy out of death by execution.

Once you are dead there is no suffering. Being locked up for the rest of your life would be much harder to live with.
