Well, I'm going to find a good one since he put my name up there! Maybe "First Street," or "Third Place," or "I'll bid $5!" or even my dog whose name was "Six." All kinds of things with numbers Sue -- be creative!

Wow, picqero, the buses in Buenos Aires look different now! They have a more square shape now, but the numbers and colors remain the same. Last July I had my English Literature II final exam. I forgot to take my report card that day (first time that had ever happened). I asked if I could sit for the exam anyway and they said that was fine, but that I would have to get my grade and professor's signature on the report card as soon as possible. Well, after the exam my professor approached me and told me that I had gotten an 8 and said "well, since you forgot your report card I'll write the grade on your hand" and so she did I thought that was very funny. When I came home I took a picture of the grade. Here's my hand and the grade. The picture is not of the best quality because my camera doesn't do a very good job of taking very close-up pictures. But since this week's theme is numbers, I thought this picture would fit the category very well. Sorry for the long explanation

It was only 12 years ago that I worked in Argentine, and I'll bet they sold the old buses to Uruguay across the Rio del Plata! I was amazed at the large number of 'vintage' cars of all nations in daily use in Uruguay, and these rather beautiful buses would have fitted in very nicely

Aha! I won! HK$320, which bought tomorrow's ticket and gave me 20 pounds.

Hi people! I just stopped by for a quick look. Just finished working 37 hours in 3 days. Needless to say, sleep was at the top of my agenda. I'm going to try to get my snapshot in by midnight tonight --
On the other front, the kitchen is torn up as we speak, the floor is half done. ugh. Later!
p.s. We must have ESP djsgal!

Yes, very long week for me. Glad it's over and done with, and hoping they will get the tile done in the kitchen tomorrow. After this going on all day today, we decided to go to dinner and I insisted we stop by the main fire station so I could get a photo of the Rehab Unit I drive when we are called to extended incidents. R561 in all it's glory -- it has been waxed to within and inch of it's paint, and is reflecting everything around it.
