OK, ok, ok... I know that these are kids books, but how many of you remember them? How many of you read the whole series... more than once? This set of books made me look at the back of every closet looking for Aslan the Lion. These books remind me of the few good times I had when I was a kid. Did they have the same effect on anyone else? (or am I the only crazy one???)

I still have them, a boxed set! I read them when I was younger, but I got the set when I was about 14 or 15 because I wanted to have them to read with my kids later on in life They great!

I've read them several times, but I've always borrowed them from various places. They're great.

I love the Narnia Chronicles! I stumbled upon them in elementary school and eventually got my own boxed set. I'm 24 now and still read them several times a year; they're my "comfort" books for when I'm sick or otherwise feeling bad. I've had people tell I'm a hypocrite for reading Christian-based books since I'm a Wiccan, but I say "baloney": these are great fun books.

Boy, have I got a red face. This is my first time on the forum and I pressed all the wrong buttons - sending Tyrailia a quote of her own message!.

I just wanted to contribute my own thoughts on the Narnia Chronicles. I first read them when my daughter was around 6, having borrowed them from the library for her. We enjoyed them so much, and the subsequent Prydain Chronicles, that I bought the boxed sets. I still read them now and then, possibly for the 10th time or so, and I am well into my 5th decade now - and still enjoy them.

I hope I get this sent off right this time. Regards.
