For her Birthday and Christmas presents for the next ten years, Lina my helper has a silk cheongsam to wear for her son's graduation from the Naval College. I have been invited to attend(in the Philippines in March) so it should be a photoworthy occasion.

Very nice Jane, it looks like a pyramid style, is that correct? You need a very steady hand for that type but the results are worth it. Mine is a family of orangutans taken the other day, I would love to be in the male's mind, the expression on his face is priceless.

Beautiful card, Jane, and Sue, I love orangutans - could watch them for hours. I was having a lovely afternoon nap in front of the TV until about fifteen minutes ago. The culprit? This wood chipper, as seen through my front window! It's still going...

Yesterday I went out to lunch with my Old Folks home residents. The lunch was donated by the Masons, more of the beautiful dining room later. Over the road are these steps which lead up to a very posh Boys School.(all I can say is, they must be very fit, as well as posh!) . I love the way the light caught the side of the steps Edited to say I am so pleased with this one that I am putting a link to another shot Here

I saw this today and had to laugh. It reminded me of the joke: A woman calls a legal firm and asks to speak to Mr. Allen. "I'm sorry, but he's on vacation". she's told. "Well, can I speak to Mr. Allen"? "He's in a meeting right now". "How about Mr. Allen"? "He called in sick today" "Well then, what about Mr. Allen"? "Speaking"
