I have two guesses:

The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath or Girl, Interrupted ?

I am doing okay. I found out today that I definitely had a miscarriage but I am doing okay. I will not have to have a D and C. I posted on The Commons. Please read my thank you. I appreciate evryone's support and kindness this last week and a half.

Moby Dick?

As I recall, Ishmael floats on a coffin after the Pequod is sunk.

Okay...it appears that this one might be a toughie...

Here's another clue...the coffin and contents are being transported to Jefferson by a family.

There's no way to tell if Jazz is here, and my daughter assures me that I am correct (okay, okay, I admit it, She's the one who knew it), so I am going to go ahead and post another question.

Did you Grok the novel I am thinking of?

Ok..here's a plot. Starts in Athens, then jumps to the forest. 3 pairs of lovers--one pair being Theseus and Hippolyta--later--who knows who is with whom? Is it Hermia and Lysander? Or Demetrius and Helena? And who are these faeries, anyway? Anyone know the main themes in this play?

Yes Leisa...A Midsummer Night's Dream.

I admire your enthusiasm, but we can have only one person asking at a time. When a person answers correctly someone else's clue, they become the asker. Please feel free to join in...it's currently Vikan's turn.
