I use Juno (with a dial-up modem) to connect to the Internet and get my e-mail. Everything seems to operate normally during a session but for the last month or so when signing off the Internet after I'm done I'll frequently get an error message that Juno has encountered a problem and needs to be immediately shut down. Does this sound like a driver problem? My Device Manager has no error or exclamation marks.

A possible related problem:
occasional error message "Recovered From Serious Error"
I've gotten this several times (usually first thing in the morning after leaving my computer on overnight) but my computer seems to operate normally afterwards. I've added no hardware or software lately and both Spybot and Ad aware have found nothing (except tracking cookies). I have AVG anti-virus and it runs every day automatically (and finds nothing). I am the only user of this computer.

The 'BCCode' messages are the same at the ones asked about before and the 'latest details from' date hasn't changed. The only addition I can make to what was said last time is that the files affected are in the 'temp' folder and it should be OK to go to the folder and delete them. They may get created again by the error though. Hard to say if it would help or not.

You weren't getting the Juno problem last time, even though the BCCode error messages were present, so it would seem that you have a different problem there.

Since you have been experiencing difficulties for a while and haven't so far got to the bottom of them, have you thought about a format of the disk and a re-installation of software? In the absence of any better (or different) advice about the problems, it could be the only way you are going to find out if the BCCode error is hardware or software related. The Juno problem could clear up as a result too.
