Peggy, that photo of Jellybean is a riot! She must have quite the personality. Spanishliz, this photo is for you. My daughter's 5th grade class had to research a country's Christmas/holiday traditions, and she was given "Spain". So yesterday we baked "mantecados", crumble cakes, which are quite delicious! (I personally think they are improved with a bit of powdered sugar on top, though. )

Peggy, I'm very impressed with Jellybean's abilities, our Persian watched the TV sometimes but not only looking in the mirror but standing on her back paws to do so is getting close to being human! Do you use a canvas filter to get that effect on the photos? Here's a lovely example of art deco architecture in Southgate. My grandparent's friends lived in one of this row and they are just as nice inside.

No the bathroom light was on which made that yellow glow. She is so much fun. Its more fun watching her than the TV. She will often sit on her back feet. We called it her merecat impression.

Ren, the color of your rose is beautiful! This is the War Memorial in a small Virginia town that we visited over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend.

Does it have to be a picture that I took or a picture that I make?

Sorry to bore you with the same rose bush, but I am really pleased with it.

That really does look like a harp, satguru! Picqero, I love the bull, reminds me of Spain. Djsgal, I could look at any number more of your miniature houses, they are lovely. And of course, only nice people will be allowed to live on a street named after our Gatsby I took this photo just a few minutes ago, at half past eleven at night. The only light is from a small security light in my neighbour's yard, and the reflection of the city's lights on the almost white sky and snow. It's been snowing all day here again...
