Anyone who has Webkinz?
I'm having problems with not being able to feed my pet and also I can't seem to add items in my room either. Anyone else having this problem?

Anyone who can help me out with my computer?
I'm having problems with not being able to move stuff into or around my room and can't feed my pets either on Webkinz.

I've tried what it says on the site to do if having the problem but it doesn't seem to be helping.
Here is what it says to do:

In most cases, problems with your room can be solved by clearing your temporary Internet files. Log out of Webkinz World, open Internet Explorer, and click on Tools and Internet Options. Click Delete Files and then OK. If you are on Mozilla (Firefox), click on the Tools menu then click Clear Private data. A dialogue box will appear; make sure "cache" is checked, and then click "Clear Private Data Now" If you are on Netscape, click on the Edit menu, select Preferences, then Advanced, Cache and, finally, press the Clear button.

Nobody here seems to know much about Webkinz, so perhaps your question might be better asked where more people use it. There are communities on the Internet where Webkinz is discussed extensively. Type 'webkinz discussion' into a search engine. The search should bring up some places that may be able to offer help with the trouble you are having.
