Some foreground first. Corey was this sixteen year old kid in Melbourne who threw a party while his parents were away for the weekend that got way out of control. The kid was such a pain in the neck and loved every bit of attention he was getting from it all and reportedly got 'gigs' to host parties. ABC online

For a week he was everywhere. Look at a newspaper and turn on the telly you could bet that this pimple covered kid with the yellow sunnies was on the screen and I can't be the only one that wanted to give him a slap across the head.
Now is our chance.

LOL yes, I hope she was head of the queue!

I wonder what this kid is going to be like in twenty yers though. Will he always be a bit of a ratbag or when he's thirty five will he be mortified about what he did as a kid? I know I did silly things at that age and I'm certainly glad now it wasn't splashed across every media outlet in the country.

They do say males take longer to mature so maybe he might realise what a twit he's been by the time he's 40.

It looks like he got a real life slapping, though according to this he deliberately went to fight!

212 meters down the street - that ought to teach him!

Well, I have to confess something. I substituted his face for my soon to be ex-husband's and slapped him 220 metres down the street! I did it repeatedly and that's the best slap I got in. Boy, did that feel good! Thank you, copago. I am soooooo frustrated and I am going to use that whenever I feel ready to go off on a tangent and do something in "real life" that I will regret later. What a great release, my lungs and bed pillows will finally get a break! Sandy

Well, I have no real idea who this kid is, but he LOOKED annoying enough that I was happy to slap him well over 200 meters down the street.

Now, if only I could do that (without legal repercussions) with a few people around here ....

One of the things that he said on an interview when the reporter told him that he should have a good look at himself he replied along the lines of "I have, everyone has and they love it" He really is very slap-able.

218 metres. Nasty, self-centred little sod. The sad part is, I teach many who have just as much attitude.

264 metres.

Not nearly far enough, if you ask me.

It irks me that this little so-and-so has quit his job (according to media reports) and engaged the services of a manager.

I think Andy Warhol would be spin in his grave if he realised twits like this got their 15 minutes of fame.

180, 130, then 280 meters! I'm going to play with this some more.

Good news for Sandy - if you register your details, there is (apparently) going to be a "Slap Corey 2" - they might let you upload photos of people you want to slap, kick or punch.

I knew there was a reason I hadn't thrown out the photos from my first marriage . . .

What a horrible little twerp !
It's a pity we can't put people into the stocks any more: it would have been fun to pelt him with rotten fruit.

I found that thoroughly satisfying! That didn't make the news in the USA, though. We are more concerned with important things, like which celebrity is gaining weight. That, of course, is the best kind of news. That was also, of course, complete sarcasm. I hate how much my country cares about celebrities! The mainstream treats them like gods, and I don't approve of it. Oh well, the USA does have a lot going for it...
