This is an interesting little game my dad found. It tests your knowledge of capital cities, famous places, and locations of famous events. At about level 6 it gets near impossible unless you are very familiar with African geography, which unfortunately I am not. Good luck http://www.news.com.au/perthnow/index/1,21581,5015022,00.html

The problem may be that the hyperlink (the bit in blue which is underlined) is incomplete,
news.com.au/perthnow/index/1
is not the full adress, you need to add the part which is in black and not part of the hyperlink,
news.com.au/perthnow/index/1,21581,5015022,00.html

I can't seem to get there either, it gives me 'page not found' and the directory. Hmm...

Sandy , just copy paste the whole address, not only the blue bit, into an address bar. Should be OK then.

I reached Level 11, and could not get into the last level. I needed 55,000, and only got 52,300.

Got to level 11, Traveler IQ - 122. Christmas Island was my worst (10,000km+). Santiago (Chile) my closest - more by luck than anyhing else (47km).

My closest has been Edinburough (I can't even spell it) and I was 2km away. My furthest I can't remember what it was but it was over 16 000 km.

Getting better. Hard to get really close at low res. I keep mixing up Colombia and Ecuador, and the Eastern Europe stuff is tough.

Fun. I played twice and got to Level 7 and just missed Level 8 by a couple of thousand points. The timing bar made me panic a couple of times and I clicked the wrong place! I'm good with the geography of any Spanish-speaking countries since I have to teach it, but I'm not so good with some of Eastern Europe, Asia, and Africa.
