Hurray for spring, Gatsby! Picqero, you've been wishing for snow all winter and now you get in April? Amazing! Here's another shot from our trip to Florida a couple of weeks ago. My daughters and stepdaughter along the beach.

Nice photos everyone - Gats yours is so inviting.
That photo of yours TW looks like it's out of a picture book! I found myself looking for Mr. Tumnus in the corner....very nice capture.
And Lisa, I would have also snapped this shot of the Gargoyle, it's not often you see them so close to the ground.

The sun must have felt lovely for your mum, Liz. Perhaps my last poppy photo - we'll see! Here's a closeup of poppies and goldfields. I love the goldfields even better than the poppies I think.

Some of you may recall that back in January's photo thread, I posted a photo of a piece of bushland near my home that was burned out by an arsonist. The original picture can be seen at: http://www.funtrivia.com/ubbthreads/show...part=2&vc=1Now, about 13 weeks later, the bush is regenerating, as you can see by the amount of green in this photo compared to the original. It's been a long dry summer but we've had some episodes of rain over the past two weeks and things are starting to look green around here. The arsonist has not been caught to my knowledge.

I was wondering where you had been. What a lovely pic Sue and the little man has grown quite a bit too. Bet you had a wonderful time.

I was on a train crossing the Pennines this morning and we went through a lovely snowstorm, everything was gorgeous, trees, fields - lovely.
Baby is now fifteen weeks so growing fast.

This is my first attempt ,so I hope it works ! Here is a photo I took in Berlin recently of a church damaged during the Second world war .It has been kept as a monument ,with a modern church built next to it .

Lovely family photo Sue, and he looks so grown up already dressed up so nicely. And welcome to the photo thread Martin, I don't think I've seen you in the forums before (although you've clearly been around here a while). This is another modernist classic I came across in Ealing.

I can't believe how big he's getting, Sue! Picqero, you got some really nice snow shots there. I especially like the view from your back window. And welcome, Martin. I look forward to more of your pics! It's been such a gloomy, rainy week while we've been in North Carolina this week. I went out today and tried to get some pictures of the ducks in the pond. While feeding them some bread and trying to get the color adjusted on my camera (which I failed dismally), I was set upon by these guys.
