A candle indeed, well done lilyalli. The out of focus vertical lines behind the original are blinds
This image will make it obvious:-

Very well done, lilyalli! I thought the backdrop was blinds or drapery panels. That is definitely among the most unique candles I have seen, picqero, and can only imagine the time it took to make.

Wow, I never win anything! Do I get a prize?

It was the waxy finish rather than the background that helped. All I could see behind was what looked like a neat row of toilet rolls with the mystery object perched on a toilet seat - but I knew that couldn't be right!

Well, I did hear (through the FT grapevine of course), that a new toilet seat might be a prize in the guessing lotto!

No prizes I'm afraid, toilet seats or anything else
I didn't make the candle either, nice as that would have been. My wife likes candles, and we buy them quite often.
Even those like this one (of a pair), which are works of art, still get used!

A wheel? I think I can see an upside down number in bottom left, so thought it was the size. Probably not!

Anybody got one they want to stump us with?

This one may be a bit easy, but hopefully will keep you wondering. I will not be back online till late Sunday, so feel free to leave lots of guesses!
