ugaritic Learning the ropes... Registered: Wed Apr 23 2008 Posts: 1	I am new to this board and I love to read. I am almost done rereading Harry Potter. I am a theologian and specialise in Old Testament and semitic languages from the ancient world. I love the trivia in here. I was wonedering, if there are any people reading great books and what they might be reading. I really do not want to get involved with another series for a little while because, I really get involved with them. I would like to read Robert Jordans the Wheel of Time sometime. Has anyone ever read this series? Well enough yakkin' and time to get trivaing.

Yeah, I got hooked on The Wheel of Time until about the 8th in the series, by which time I found it had become boring, repetitive, and disappointingly drawn-out.
