I sometimes come back to the Ramona books too

The beauty of children's literature is that sometimes the books that you read as a child (or which were read to you) are still readily available when you want to read to a certain Great Nephew (or two!)
One book in particular is
"The Tiger who Came to Tea" by
Judith Kerr. A picture book, first published in 1968 (but I remember it from the early 70s) which was read to me (Dad had a fantastic way of reading it!) then a new copy was read to my nieces, and now, a new copy is read to a certain Prince
