This is my Girl Guide Brownie Pixie badge/brooch. It is about 50 years old and has stayed in the bottom of my jewellery box all this time. Somewhere I have the sleeve (cut off!) from my uniform with an array of badges, including 'sixer' - the one in charge of pixies! I will see if I can find it....

I took this picture last weekend at the Australian National Maritime Museum in Sydney. The flags spell "Australian National Maritime Museum" (see here if you want to decipher it for yourself), from top to bottom from left to right.

I am loving the photos so far! These are my husband's Air Force medals (sorta like badges) that he wears on his mess dress, which is like a tuxedo for formal occasions.

Picqero, would you happen to know why they're in Leicester Square? Is there something Swiss nearby? Just curious.
As Sue says, there is a well known building called the Swiss Centre in Leicester Square. Until recently this was the HQ of the Swiss National tourist Office, and also of the national airline Swissair. Swiss themed restaurants, and even an elaborate Swiss Glockenspiel are features of Leicester Square There's more info on the coats of arms here - though I'm not sure why they show 29 coats of arms
