Ianfranco, I should have noted in my two posts that I was responding to the previous poster dfc4385, and not to the poster of this thread. My apologies for not being clearer.
I agree with you whole heartedly about being able to assess the quality of
any site within a paragraph or two. My number one choice site for information is GoogleSuggest, then I click on whatever sites listed that seem to fill my need. That will sometimes lead me to Wikipedia. It's not hard to find valid information in a short time.
I suppose I took umbrage at dfc4385's rather (to my mind) acerbic post, especially the last sentence; and wherein I took the "what wiki says" to mean Wikepedia, and I iterate that people who use search engines
are using their minds.
One of my many mottos is, "When in doubt, google."
