Clara Sue, it is really easy - just with that software, just a couple of clicks, honest. It does it all for you. I wouldn't have the patience to do an animation like that manually, lol. ~glad it worked for you to see it.

Shelley, I love the chapel and aren't you *Miss HotsieTotsie* with the animated reflection! That is really cool and I may download the program, depending on how much space it requires.

Telly, do you use Xara Xtreme Pro or Xara Xtreme Home?

Ooh, I like that one also, Shelley. Bach has quite a few books after 'One', which I loved, including a 'Reminders for the Advanced Soul' from Messiah. tw, That is so 70's psychedelic! You could have made a fortune off posters back then.

After a bit more practice... File sizes turn out a bit big though.

Super animations TW. I like the supposes roses, lol ... the forum ones with the page behind are a really creative idea and well done. Now you're colourful one ... wow. I imagine the graphic in landscape and it looks like the most beautiful 'fish'. Hope that's not just because I am hungry. Jordandog, i had no idea he had written more since 'One' - but then it is many years ago since i read his work, i think " J L S " came out when i was in my teens - and that is MANY moons ago. Thank you for letting me know that, i might start reading that genre again ... great art here everyone, it is so fun to play - especially on those "dreary" afternoons, i know!

Thanks mc_shellsie. The weather was wet and miserable again here today, hence another graphic . I find animated gifs interesting things. They look one picture but are really a number of images being shown one after another. The animated gif above consists of 27 separate pictures being shown at 7 pictures a second (including the seemingly static background). No wonder the file size tends to be large. It couldn't be too physically large because of file size. A bigger picture would take too long to load. The detail in the background photo, looks rather 'flat'. That's because there are only 16 colours in it, which also helps to keep the file size down.

With excellent results! You would be hard pressed to make the recipient believe that is a photo of yours. It does make a sweet and whimsical card.
