If you took a poll (aren't we good at that) I believe you would find most of our country still willing to vote for him were he alive and well. He died three days after the ballot could be changed (October 16), and he was also elected. Sounds like it's not the first time! I wondered whether this might be a national trait, until I considered the fact that the Romanians I'd met had all lived under the Ceausescu regime and had had to flee it. That would be enough to depress anyone! Denni, you sound pretty cheerful. A good sign.:-)
