I hope this picture qualifies for this topic since the front of the church is in shadow. However, what I really like about this photo is the way the sunlight is captured shining down on the church. I wish I could say it was due to my photographic expertise, but it was purely dumb luck! This is St Theresa's Catholic Church in Bodega, California. The location: Nanaimo, British Columbia, near Dover Road. I had just returned to Canada after three years in the USA - i think the fact that it was a maple leaf also drew my attention, besides the light play - i was photographing a lot of them at that time . _________________________ "a kind deed is useless, unless it is done with love."
