Well well- my secret theory Golders Green station is the centre of the universe may be true after all! Sorry it didn't end happily for your boyfriend Agnes, I must admit I've only eaten the sandwiches there and they were always very good- you'll have to call me if you're there for more than a few minutes next time. Before I read your story I already had this shot lined up of the very place. Tell him not to look... The National Express stops are on the right next to the main road as you well know, and one is there as well as there usually is.

Liz, Katt is beautiful! He probably rolls around on the new deck because of the brand new smell of wood.

This is from my trip to Jamestown, NY...for the Lucy and Desi weekend. Had to drive thru the Lehigh Valley Tunnel. My sister took this photo as we were approaching the tunnel itself.

So many great pics again from all of you! - ClaraSue, The lightning shot is just a 'WOW"! - Liz, Katt has that "I am the man" look about him in every picture. - What a gorgeous clematis, argus! They may be fairly common, but have always been a favorite of mine.

Thanks, everybody! Argus, your clematis is just beautiful! My mother would love that. Elaine, I bet that was a nice afternoon at the park after all the heat you've had. An old pier at Mayport, Florida. Larger photo

Glad you enjoyed the photos talentedone. There are some pretty talented photographers on this board. What a cute puppy how could anyone not want to give him a good home. This young Robin certainly enjoyed our birdbath. I had to refill it twice as he came back after the first time I filled it and had another go.

I've been participating in another English Civil War re-enactment this week at Donington-le-Heath manor house, a 13th century fortified house in Leicestershire. Weather could have been better, but we had a lot of fun anyway, and plenty of visitors. This is a small field artillery piece which is called a robinette.

The Imps Motorcycle Display Team, all aged between 16 and under, at the Keith show Here's a few more from that team: Young Mascots The youngest member is the one on top. 18 of them on 5 bikes - almost broke apart! It rained this morning, so the ground was not that dry, when the performed this afternoon. The best one I took was of one of them jumping through a ring of fire, but the Photobucket editors have deleted it.
