Myself and my cousin have been scouring the internet, as well as the LG site, for a driver that he needs for this monitor (LG Flatron M228WA-BM), does anyone know where I can get it?

Is the monitor running OK? If LG don't provide a driver, there probably isn't one because the monitor doesn't need it. Windows provides a driver. Just set the resolution to 1680 x 1050 in 'Display Properties > Settings' and all should be well. The monitor will be listed as Plug and Play.
