Great Jill.

There would be boys all over the world green with envy if they saw these photos.

It's great Copago. When are you going to enter him into the offroad racing circut?

Excellent! Aidan's going to be so envious when I show him that layout ... he's already been asking 'why' doesn't he have a bike like that ... as if we are the cruellest parents in the world not to have thought of giving him one already!

This is one that has been floating about since before I went on my course. It was a pain as there was a lot of fiddly cutting so I lost patience and cut most of it out after having spent too long and not being over happy with it. I will send it to someone that hasn't seen any of my other 'decent' work! This is a large card, over eight inches square.

I just read that and it doesn't make sense unless you saw the pattern! What I meant is that there was a lot more fiddly cutting so I removed all that leaving what you see - it was far more intricate!

Here's a quick card I made up tonight. I think it's kind of cute!

The patterned papers were part of a lot which Sue very kindly gave me as a gift

Here is another card from my course, I finished it earlier today.

It has been painted using sparkly pens (Sakura Stardust for those who know about such things).

Having been away for awhile, I have just been admiring all your wonderful creations. So many beautiful things!

I have been really going to town recently with card kits. This is one I quite like.

Very nice. Did you stitch on this or is it the paper?

The "stitching" was done with a black journaling pen, as per the instructions

I love these kits, the papers are gorgeous.

This is what has been keeping me busy the last few days...

Planning on selling them on Saturday at a Craft Market.

I know Halloween isn't the most popular time of the year for many of you, but I have wonderful memories of the simple Halloween of my childhood, and still love the occasion. Here's a Halloween birthday card I made for a friend on another forum:

Edit: Sorry, Photobucket isn't letting me resize this image, can any of the mods help?

I had a bout of insomnia last night and ended getting up at 2am. I wandered around and finally decided to have a go at making this mini album, which I had seen on another forum.

I'm actually quite pleased with the outcome, as it has all been made in true "Blue Peter" style, from scratch using double sided sticky tape and empty cereal packets

The rest of the pictures are here on my blog - page by page shots, etc etc...

Unfortunately for me I used a sheet of paper which I had put aside to use on an album I'm in the process of making for the grandmother of a certain Alex ... I guess I'll just have to get another sheet of it now

There could only be one Alex in question on this forum!!!

And any excuse is a good excuse if it involves craft-shopping, don't you agree???
