The artists performing are (from left to right) Jim Keays, Russell Morris and Darryl Cotton. They were three of Australia's biggest stars in the 1970s. Jim Keays was from the group Master's Apprentices and Darryl Cotton was from Zoot. It was an instrumental hit in the 60's (something like the Van Der Valk theme music ..but not). It was bought by the children for Mrs TW as either a Mother's Day or Birthday present in 1976. It's a shot of the St Laurence O'Toole Pipe Band, of Dublin - one of the greatest pipe bands the Republic of Ireland has ever put on a competition field. Most of these guys are friends and acquaintances of mine (one of them is now my husband ). He and the pipers I thought of showing belong to the re-enactment group at the Citadel in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and put on a good show.
