I think there are a few utilities that will do that but to save installing anything, I'd probably do it using a couple of screen captures saved as GIF images.
* Open up msconfig and click the Startup tab.
* Press the keyboard's Print Screen button.
* Open your photo editor on a new page.
* Go to 'Edit' and choose 'Paste' The contents of the screen will appear.
* Crop away the unwanted parts of the screen capture and save what's left as a GIF.
You may need to make a couple of screen captures. One with the top half of the msconfig list showing ..and another showing the bottom half.
