Comodo 3.0 is the firewall of choice for many Internet users. In with the program is a feature called Defense+ that gives alerts when processes not on a 'safe process list' try to start up. Antivirus has now been added to these safeguards. The combined programs come in one package called 'Comodo Internet Security' or 'CIS' for short (or can also be referred to as Comodo 3.5). CIS has gone through the BETA stages and the first Release Candidate has been made available for those wishing to test it. Comodo 3.5 isn't ready for general release yet but it looks as if it won't be long in coming.

So, another security suite to add to the competition. Those already using Comodo 3.0 will know of its good reputation and will be likely to use the new security suite when it comes out.
