I have written a Music quiz and am unsure into which category it should go.

I haven't submitted it yet because I have had a geography quiz in the queue for about 10 days, and it seems that one can't have more than one quiz in a queue at one time (or at least I can't; maybe it's because I only have one other quiz published).

I don't want to file it under a performer name because a) several different acts have done the song, and b) some of the quiz questions ask whodunnit. The only other choice appears to be "Other Music" since the quiz isn't about several artists/bands or several different songs and wouldn't qualify as mixture. It also doesn't seem to fit under any of the "other Music" subcategories.

When I do submit it, I want to submit it is in the proper category so it doesn't spend weeks in the queue. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

I once did a quiz about a specific song and it went under the writer of the song, in this case Leonard Cohen, he happens to have his own subcategory, but otherwise it would have been A-C - would that solve your problem?

Depends. Not in Other Music, that's for sure. Is the writer of the song someone players would know? For instance, my "Me and Bobby McGee" quiz went under Kris Kristopherson, even though some of the questions were about different artists performing the song.

By the way, quizzes on individual songs are pretty hard to write. We expect substantial interesting info for every question, and it can be hard coming up with that much information on one song. It is MUCH harder to get a quiz online about just one song than about a variety. Take a look at some of the "Anatomy of a Song" quizzes, to get some idea of what we'd expect from you.
