I haven't been in to post for awhile but I'm really liking what everybody else is putting up. Welcome, Blithe, very lovely scene. Lily, the geese shot is great. I'd love to have a painting of that. Shelly, the look on that bird's face is hilarious. Dash Cam in Nevada.

So much wildlife! The few wild animals I've tried to take have gone before I made it besides one squirrel and that was a close call. This is Arnos Grove station in Southgate.

I like the wildlife pictures as well. I don't know if I've ever seen a magpie. They are kind of pretty. Cool picture, ClaraSue. Looks like a lonely stretch of road. For some reason I've got snow on my brain.

copago maybe you can tell me if this is true
seen an old australian being interviewed on tv , about what galahs taste like and how to cook them
he said to the pompous interviewer that you make a circle of stones and pile up lots of wood in the circle , then put the galah in the flame , then keep putting on more wood until the stones in the circle get so warm they melt , then you throw the galah away and eat the stones as they will taste better then the galah .
thanks evryone for your wonderful pictures from around the world i never miss looking at them every time i am on here

LOL! I have no idea but I can't imagine them tasting too good though. Perhaps Aboriginals ate them way back, they eat echidna afterall, but I think I'd have to be pretty desperate to try it.

Great photos! I love the howling wolves, Ren's beautiful flower, the birds lining up, and the 'roo! And a very happy belated birthday, Jane. Keep 'em comin'!

I agree! Great photos indeed. What a team! Here is the scene of the famous renbarbie: well the actual barbeque is on the tiles you can see in front of the bourgainvillae. I hope the weather remains good for the day.
