I don't do praying, but I wish you all the best you can have. Doctors, hospitals, surgery, it's so stressful. You and your family will get through this. Just try to talk to each other, and stay as busy as you're allowed! Thinking of you, Roos.

One year ago today, somebody entered my life, and they brighten up even the most dismal day. William is now one year old and I have been fascinated, watching him grow. He had a lovely birthday! Here he is

Still thinking of you, Roos! William is turning into a handsome young fella. We had a great weekend, went to a gymkhana/minibikekhana/goat muster event. The horse and bike events are for the kids and COnor won 5 trophies including the Rider of the Day in his class so he was stoked. Couple nights camping, seldom seen friends, sore sides from laughing, good beer and food, new friends, lots of money raised for charity .. couldn't ask for more.

Fantastic for Conor, I expect to see some photos in my email shortly then.
Jane, I am sending my best wishes for a safe return of William's dad.

At last, after 3 years of problems my 4th TV programme is finally on, Abduct Me on Sky webcast. It can be seen free online at ay time, and I've linked it in the TV forum. I'm currently waiting to find out if UK viewers can see it on Sky Anytime as well. It was worth waiting for although I only found out at all from another of the people in the programme who just told me, not anyone who actually made it.

8 hours on the operating table then 10 days recuperating in St.Vincents private hospital in Sydney and the Dr tells me that the cancer is amazingly aggressive and unlikely to be out of me yet. Can`t win them all folks, it looks like I`ve a long (well I hope years and years long) fight on my hands.
Thanks very much for the prayers and support people,I really cannot express how much I appreciate it.

Been thinking of you lots since your operation so it's great to see you posting, Roos. I'm sorry the news couldn't be better but I know you'll fight it into submission. I hope you're starting to feel better and can hang around here a bit at times.

It's so great to see you back Roos. I wish the news were brighter but it's so good that you are here to give us any news. Hang in there, you know you have all your wonderful family's support and all our prayers and good wishes too.

Boy am I happy to hear from you, Cris! I've been checking this thread every day to see if there was any news. It's really bad news that one surgery apparently wasn't enough but you've made it through this one alright so I'm confident you'll do just fine next time. Good luck and I'm thinking of you.
