Here's a few ads that Pedigree have done for a dog adoption drive. For each video watched they'll donate a bowl of food to dog shelters.

Funny funny funny. Love the old lady one.

Lol! Those are choice . Even in my wildest imagination (and mine gets pretty wild sometimes), I could have never come up with a character who says (after sticking his nose in a bag of water buffalo poop) that said substance is the equivalent of "golden eggs of money" . Too, too funny!

I received those in my e-mail newsletter from Pedigree, Copago. I really wanted to put them on FT, but I thought it might be promoting a commercial venture. I'm so glad you did, they are priceless! I am an 'Angel' to 4 local area greyhounds that are in their Shelter Dogs adoption program. I have a great deal of respect for all that Pedigree does and has done over the years. Dogs truly do rule...

Oh. I never even gave it a thought. LOL I always thought it was if someone was promoting their own commercial venture .. like me coming on to mention "Copago Dog Food"?

Copago, That's what I thought too, but since I wasn't completely sure, I did nothing. If you ever do have your own line of dog food, you know it probably would be allowed to be promoted here and I would buy it, of course! Heck, Jordan and I would fly to Australia to watch the filming of your ads.

It is a discretion thing. Yes, it IS commercial but there is 'commercial' and there is 'commercial'.

I doubt if the dog owners here are going to change to Pedigree as a result of watching and donating this way. We permit the occasional 'click for food' sites and they have adverts.

What we are far stricter about is when someone joins us and immediately posts a link to another site touting something.
