Liz,

That looks like the Charlie Brown tree. I think he needs some ornaments and lights.

deputygary, I'm so jealous. I'd love to be in Las Vegas right now.

I tried to get a photo the other night of the rose hubby gave me for Valentines's Day and I rather liked the way this one turned out.

Good to see you joining us adding photos Beth. Here's just a typical view of a suburban road, which could be anywhere in the temperate world from photos I've seen but is right in the middle of Surrey just west of Guildford. If I hadn't taken it I can't imagine anyone else who would have.

And your pool is an engaging photo too CS.

'tis the month for roses ... a red one, on the windowsill ... backlight caused the silhouette, i was just hoping to get the morning light on it .... never did get a decent shot of it ...

Tredici, the black bird (I don't know the name) is so pretty. I only get to see sparrows, pigeons and crows here.

This is St. Thomas Cathedral, the oldest Anglican church in Bombay built in the 1600s.

McShellsie, here's a flower with plenty of light on it! LOL This amazing sculpture is in downtown Buenos Aires. It's name is "Floralis Generica" During the day it gradually opens and then starts to close. I was there at the end of the day so it's mostly closed. It's lovely and very amazing.

Here's a bit of traditional old England, part of the shops next to Harrow School.

Spotted this fellow, with what looks like a nut in his mouth, when I was out walking yesterday. We've had several mild, sunny days in a row and I've been taking advantage of them!

That squirrel looks like he hasn't given up his winter coat yet.

Copago's and then Zorba's photo back to back look like a good weekly theme. "Holes".

More from the walk around the lake day before yesterday. Some of our "northerly" friends.

For many years maps showed a proposed Hayes By-pass, which was actually built way behind schedule and this is probably the first time I have used it. Now new or upgraded roads are considered politically incorrect so this is one of the last in London to occur.

I don't know why, but I have forgotten to look on here for days. Think I've been distracted by all the new additions to the site. Just spent a while catching up. Lovely, everyone! I particularly like the flowers.

Here are some bears at the garden centre. I don't know how they'd fit into a garden, but they look quite cute.

This has seen better days now in the process of having everything stripped off it as it's needed on other vehicles.

That car looks like something from a movie...

My living room window (well, half of it, anyway):
