Which is better WWE or TNA? Why?

A couple of years ago, I would have said TNA by a street. The 'X' Division provided some of the most exciting wrestling seen since WCW introduced the Cruiserweight division to an international audience. Now though, TNA's wrestling standard has dropped, as have their storylines.
I guess, at the moment, I'd call it a tie, but not in a good way.
