May as well - the question can be reworded to something like "This man was considered to be more liberal than the first Prime Minister of Canada..." or whatever the previous question was about, without giving away the answer to the other question, and still giving knowledgeable players a clue.

Yeah, send a note. Linked questions used to work (before we had so many lovely tournaments), but they don't really any more. Usually the link can be fixed with a relatively quick rewrite, and then the next time the cache is updated, the question will work much better in the tournaments.

If you're worried about the player's reaction (if they're still on the site), I've seen some very polite notes saying things like: the question was good/interesting, but it was confusing to see that first sentence in a tournament where the "question above" was totally unrelated, etc.
