I just took a "who's the expert" quiz on Heath Issues Sci/tech, and I believe that the answer that answer to one of the questions was at the very least ambiguous, if not wrong.
The question was:

15 Which choice is the loudest?

Jackhammer
The loudest snore ever recorded
A food blender
Chainsaw

The answer the author gave was chainsaw at 110 Db.
However, after I got it wrong, I checked and it turns out (according to http://www.nonprofitrisk.org/tools/workplace-safety/public-sector/topics/PPE/hear-ps.htm, which was the first link after the Google search "decibel of a jackhammer") a jackhammer hit 130, 4x louder than a chainsaw.

What is the status of the question and the quiz, if in fact the above site is correct?

The procedure is to send a correction note. There's a button after the quiz, on the answer page.

Please send this sort of thing as a correction note. It will be checked and the quiz will be changed if necessary.

I sent the note, but my question is what happens if the person who loses the category does so because of that question?

In my case, at the last second beat me with one more question, and by 20 points. Is there a chance that I could have won the category?

Do we know if second got the question right?
Just a throught.

If the question has an incorrect answer, then everyone played the game with the same handicap.

Yes of course there is, but it's just one of the things that happen, like the server freezing just as I hit "submit" or a radio button not registering properly even though I'm convinced it was clicked. It's not fair but there's no point in worrying about it, nothing to be done except use your perks to choose that category again and hope that next time nothing worse happens.

It would be great if brain cramps qualified.

Personally I came in second, and I answered "jackhammer" which I do believe is the correct answer.
With regard to the "equal handicap" it not really true, as a person would benefit from getting the answer wrong. Additionally, unlike a slow server or something, it is very clear that there was an error.
*sigh*
Guess I'll just have to live with it.
