I just took a "who's the expert" quiz on Heath Issues Sci/tech, and I believe that the answer that answer to one of the questions was at the very least ambiguous, if not wrong.
The question was:
15 Which choice is the loudest?
Jackhammer
The loudest snore ever recorded
A food blender
Chainsaw
The answer the author gave was chainsaw at 110 Db.
However, after I got it wrong, I checked and it turns out (according to
http://www.nonprofitrisk.org/tools/workplace-safety/public-sector/topics/PPE/hear-ps.htm, which was the first link after the Google search "decibel of a jackhammer") a jackhammer hit 130, 4x louder than a chainsaw.
What is the status of the question and the quiz, if in fact the above site is correct?
