Hi everybody,

Im Duck (aka Tim), Im a Brit living in the lovely town of Bewdley in Worcestershire and Ive run a Trivia quiz hosted here since April 07.

Its against the rules to avertise my site (or more specifically provide a link here) so I'll abide by that, tis cool....

Im a 51 year old PC Gamer (mainly the 'Total War' series of games), I (obviously) love trivia competitions (despite not being terribly good at them) and I like to discuss current affairs, media (movies / tv / music / games, am seriously into History too.... etc etc)

I used to do Historical re-enactment (back in my young & healthy days) and was Ensign of Col John Hampdens Regiment of Foote (in the English Civil War Society)

Very keen fan of football (the real version) and my fave team were winners of the 2008 / 9 Championship, thereby qualifying for promotion to the Permiership next season (oh dear)....

Yes I support Wolverhampton Wanderers FC (and therefore am know to the supporters of all other teams as either / both a Dingle and / or a Dog Head...... jealousy on their part I'm sure.

My main hobby is boating, I keep a small cabin cruiser in Stourport upon Severn which explains why my quiz only runs from Monday to Friday lol......

Anyhoo, its taken 'forever' to get this forum account set up and Im glad to be able to post here at last.....

I thought I should mention something a little odd about the registration process here

I had an email with a link to validate the account, i selected this and got the result that no such account existed (mine)

However I thought 'try anyway' and logged in here, as you can see it worked

Ive noticed that theres 1 message in my inbox here but cant get to it

I recently read in the thread "Log-in Problems in the Forum" in "Feedback" (Bottom forum, main page) that there's been a glitch just lately. You may want to pop in there and mention about your mail...
