Picqero, that scene is so tranquil! Here's a squirrel who was checking me out this morning I thought for sure it was a ground squirrel when I saw him, but now that I look at the pic, it might just be a baby rock squirrel.

In case anyone was wondering, it was a ground squirrel in my photo from the other day. I saw the little fellow again today and got a good look at him.
By the way, Flopsy, I freed the lobsters...

Maybe ... just for nothing whatsoever, MG? You can but hope ... Great pics, everyone. I pop in most days to look, just wish I had more time to participate and comment individually. In any case it's a bright spot in my daily routine. Here's a photo I took thinking of the 'up' theme that was going a couple of weeks back, but didn't get around to posting:

The flowers are exquisite, Mother Goose -- what a lovely color combination! mc_shellsie, I should have noticed that stripe -- I would have known it was a ground squirrel right away. They are the desert equivalent of chipmunks! Here's a shot of Different Pointe of View, a mountain-top restaurant at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs resort in Phoenix. There's a jazz club besides the restaurant with an outdoor patio that overlooks Phoenix -- a stunning view a night.

haha, that is cute. I think we've talked about this before - but is there any difference between chipmunks and squirrels? Cool mosque pic, Zorba. Fog and the sunrise this morning
