Interestingly, only 7 of the top 25 quizzes on the site have earned editor's choice awards. I don't see that as such a bad thing...what the membership has thought well-written may not reflect the opinions of the editing staff. Nothing against Kyle or his artistry (I can only draw stick figures too ), but stick figures aren't that worthy of an EC, don't you think? It is definitely well-written, hence it is # 1 for that reason. You can only do so much with stick figures.

Oh, those stick figures were definitely worthy of an EC. I agree, though, what is viewed by members as an excellent quiz is not always viewed as such by editors. Also, an EC can easily be ranked 100,000. We all have different tastes... It what makes us all great (I taste like cured sausage, by the way). Certainly not a bad thing, but an interesting figure, IMO.

I'm surprised there are so many TV quizzes on the list. Even a really written TV quiz is usually 'just' a TV quiz, you know? But since so many are well-rated, I must ask... what's wrong with mine?!

This used to such a good list while being regularly updated. I wonder if the updates to the Top 25 quizzes will revive and continue as it showed the creativity of our members.

The data is not available publicly in this exact form, which is why the time is taken to compile and publish it periodically. It is clearly there backstage, of course. If you are a Gold Member, you can see the top rated quizzes in each category, and could compile the list for yourself if you wanted by going to each of those pages and recording the rankings of the top ones down as far as you cared to go.
