The only storyline that I like in "A Night of Neglect" is Sue's revenge team and how she assigned nicknames to everyone of them. Finally, Holly is leaving the show. I think I have seen enough of her, lol. The songs in this episode were a bit boring and dull though, but I definitely like Mercedes' "Ain't No Way". Kristin Chenoweth will guest star again in the next episode. I like her. Looking forward to watching "Born This Way" next week. How many episodes will there be for season 2? 22? I can't find any reliable source online. I hope there'll be 24 or more.

I don't know, I thought it was pretty funny. The whole Braniacs decathlon was great! Brittany knowing all about cat diseases was hilarious And Artie getting all happy with the "white rappers" category. Oh and of course, loved the last category, which they knew all about thanks to Holly Holiday. Funny stuff. And did you notice that only the girls got solos tonight? Sunshine, Tina, Holly and Mercedes. I also liked Mercedes singing "Ain't No Way". She has such a powerful voice. Kristin Chenoweth comes back not in the next episode, but on the following one It's called Rumors. Have a look (no spoilers, just the episode's press release): 19th episode And I read somewhere that Glee was coming back with the final six episodes of the season, so I guess there will be 22 episodes. I wish there were more too, but 22 isn't bad at all, and also we already know for sure that there'll be a third season!

Thanks for the link. 22 is not bad after all. I have seen other TV series that has 24 or even 25 episodes per season. Yeah, the cat diseases category is so funny. Brittany knows the topic very well, lol. I just watched the preview for the next episode, "Born This Way". I think it's going to be an awesome episode. Can't wait.

I just watched the preview for the next episode, "Born This Way". I think it's going to be an awesome episode. Can't wait. Same here! "Kurt Hummel is back at McKinley!" That was the highlight of the preview for me. I'm so happy Kurt is back with New Directions

And I think Lauren is running for Prom Queen? Lol. It will be fun to watch. S2E18: Born This Way S2E19: Rumors S2E20: Prom Queen S2E21: Funeral S2E22: No title released yet, but it's about the Nationals competition in NY. Last time there was an online spoiler that said that one major character in "Glee" will die, and it turned out to be Pavarotti the canary. S2E21: Funeral: "New Directions finalizes its set list for Nationals with help from Jesse, while one of the students deals with a devastating unexpected loss." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glee_(season_2) I guess it's Kurt's dad? Or Finn's mum? Hm... What do you think?

Haha yes, Lauren running for Prom Queen will be great to watch Oh yes, I saw that But it gets even sadder... (if you don't mind a spoiler that goes hand-in-hand with a Glee death, keep reading.) This is from "Ask Ausiello" on the TV Line website: "Question: Please tell me these rumors of a Glee death during May Sweeps aren’t true! –Eric Ausiello: Rumors of a Glee death aren’t true. Glee DEATHS on the other hand? That’s totally happening. Sources confirm to me exclusively that this season’s penultimate episode, which bears the ominous title “Funeral,” is about the death of several things. One being a beloved character. The other being a major couple." I really hope it's not Burt Hummel or Carole Hudson (Well, I guess she's Hummel now!) I don't know what to think of this... I don't want to see any character dying, so sad!! I read some fan speculation saying maybe it's Sue's sister, Jean. And I hope their speculation is wrong. I love her character! But this is Glee, it's a musical comedy, it can't get super sad or too dark, so I'm really baffled by this. And regarding the "major couple"... I was thinking maybe it's Artie and Brittany? Or perhaps Finn and Quinn, I don't like them together so I hope it's this couple. What couple do you think they're talking about?

I hope it's not Jean as well. We get to see a kinder Sue with Jean's scene. Hm, a beloved character. It could be anyone. Perhaps the actor or actress is not available for season 3 so the producer or director just kill the character. Let's hope it's not Emma or Figgins or Beiste, lol. Speaking of Beiste, I think I have not seen her for quite a while now. Lol, I also don't like Finn and Quinn together. In fact, I don't like Quinn - both her personality and singing. I prefer Finchel.

I prefer Finchel as well Here's an entry posted in the Gleeky blog about the upcoming death, the author of the blog speculates about who might die: Gleeky I really don't want anyone to die! But well, just two more weeks to find out who it is.

Thanks for another great link, minkpenny. Hm, it's really hard to guess who will die. Don't tell me it's Brittany's cat, lol. My guess: Carl, Becky or Jean. We will find out soon.

You're very welcome, Matthew It really is hard to guess who it is. Lol, I wouldn't want Brittany's cat to die, but they can't pull a "Pavarotti bird death" again. I agree with you on the three you picked. I'd say from most probable to least: Jean, Becky and Carl. Oh, so sad!

Well, I just read the "Ask Ausiello" column and it's not Jesse. And that's because Jesse is a guy. Look: "Question: There’s buzz that the upcoming Glee death is Emma! Can you please deny or confirm this, because I will cry if it’s true! —Nicole Ausiello: Save your tears, Nic. Emma’s not croaking, although your question nearly scared the OCD-afflicted character’s alter ego to death. “I’d just like to know why anyone would think it’s Emma,” inquires a befuddled Jayma Mays. “Does she get into an antibacterial fit and over-antibacterialize herself?! [Laughs] You know, that can kill if you don’t have enough germs in your body — maybe that’s what they’re thinking?” Or maybe, just possibly, they weren’t thinking at all. Just putting that out there. Question: What can you tell us about the upcoming Glee death? —Katie Ausiello: The dearly departed is female. And not named Emma." TV Line: Ask Ausiello He also answers a question about Carl. (Supposedly, his part in Emma's storyline is over). So, that leaves Jean and Becky as the most probable choices What did you think of tonight's episode, Matthew?

The plot summary says "one of the students...", I was going to say it's Blaine, but then again now we know that the person is a female now. Hm, but if it's either Jean or Becky, it will only affect Sue right? And not the students? Could it be Beiste? She is lovable, and we have not seen her in a very long time. I read the comments there and some guess that it would be either April (oh, no please) and or Lauren. I think Lauren is plausible. Puck would be devastated. Actually, it does make sense. You see, Kurt is back and now New Directions has one extra member. So Lauren has to go. Tonight's episode is a bit lengthy. Poor Finn, lol. And even poorer Rachel. I definitely love the last number "Born This Way".

I don't think it'll be April, she's a guest-star and I'm sure Ryan Murphy and Co. will want to bring her back next season. It's true that Beiste hasn't been on much in the last part of the season. But I doubt it's her, and it's not Lauren either because I've seen pictures of the cast filming in New York and she's there with them. Yes, now that Kurt is back, she's not really "needed" since there are 12 of them again. But that doesn't mean she has to go. The Glee club can have more than 12 members Last night's episode was great. Loved all the musical numbers and all the character development. It's great to see that Emma is getting some overdue help with her OCD. She was really good in all her scenes. Kathleen Quinlan plays her therapist, and I love that she's on Glee! She's an excellent actress. Can't wait for next week's episode! Fleetwood Mac songs, Kristin Chenoweth, Sue dressed up as David Bowie... it'll be awesome

Another new week. I love "Don't Stop" at the end of the episode of "Rumours" and also Finn and Quinn's first ever duet. Still, I prefer Finchel though. Looking forward to watching next week's "Prom Queen". I am sure it's an interesting episode with Santana, Lauren and Quinn all going for that title. Someone has posted a spoiler on wikipedia regarding who won the Prom Queen title. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prom_Queen_(Glee)

I loved "Rumours"! Such a good episode. My favorite numbers were "Never Going Back Again" and "Songbird". Naya Rivera did an amazing job with that song. She has such a good voice, she's turning out to be the surprise of season two. And all the acoustic guitars during "Never Going Back Again" were great! I also liked Artie singing a song that didn't involve rapping, haha. And Kristin Chenoweth was awesome, as always. I'm also really looking forward to next week's episode. I read about that extra spoiling who wins the Prom Queen title. What a wrong thing to pull. Now we know who wins, but that's okay, I'm sure there'll be lots of other surprises and fun things to look for. Oh! And Jonathan Groff is coming back, yay! Jesse was really mean to Rachel and I didn't like him for that, so I'm hoping he's coming to apologize to her.

But do you notice that Finn was also carrying and playing a guitar? A bit awkward to me, lol. But he did look good playing drums though. Lol, I thought the very same thing while watching that scene. But then I watched the "Behind the Glee" video that they release every week after the episode has aired, and in it Cory says that although he doesn't play the guitar as well as Mark and Chord, that he can manage with it. So after hearing him say that, Finn being in that scene makes more sense And he definitely looked good playing the drums! Here is the video

Yet another brilliant episode. Don't we all love "Dancing Queen"? Santana and Dave looked amazing. I also love the song by Blaine, Tina and Brittany. As well as "Friday", by Puck, Sam an Artie. Surprise, surprise, guess who is the prom queen? Lol. But I do feel sorry for Kurt. Next week -- "Funeral". Can't wait. And after that, Nationals! Yay!

Yet another brilliant episode. Yes! What an awesome episode, I love this show so much! I thought all the girls looked beautiful. My favorite dress was probably Rachel's. Quinn really looked like Cinderella, just like her mom said. This episode was so fun and sweet... I felt bad for Artie not getting to go to prom with Brittany and felt so bad for Kurt. But then he proved how awesome he is and delivered that perfect line "eat your heart out, Kate Middleton" . Loved that! It was also great to see Jesse back (Jonathan Groff should join the regular cast, along with Darren Criss). I'm glad he apologized to Rachel. Their duet was amazing. I really liked all of the songs tonight, too. And yes, we do all love "Dancing Queen", haha. Mercedes and Santana sing together really well. Okay, that was a long paragraph! Cannot wait for next week's episode and then Nationals!! I'll miss "Glee" so much when it's done for the season... good thing there are reruns.

I haven't popped into this thread in ages now (even though I'm still watching the show - it seems I got a little lost with all the shifts, and expanding cast members, that happened after that awesome freshman season) but I wanted to today. Gotta say it! The Prom episode was really, really good ! It was its usual 'slightly over-the-top' (which I've always liked about "Glee") but it was charming and - most importantly, in my opinion - believable at the same time as well! There is so much interesting chemistry between the youngsters right now! The writers would, I'd say, be wise to keep exploring it as was done so ably last night. Interesting, I thought. Personally, I think *Finchel* is mostly an aggravating example of a high school romance, and I wish they'd stay broken up forever. Yet? It's like they flatly need to be together, just so that they can bring out the best [thus the worst with it] in each other? And Kurt and the closeted jock bully? Another great mix of two interesting young people, albeit miles apart in both sensibility and development. Oh, and I dare not get started on Artie and Brittany. I love love love that coupling ! I guess, then, I'm clearly one of 'those' that find it so easy to get wrapped up in the students and their quirks, and enjoy "Glee" best when it focuses on that part. I'm looking forward to next week, too. Someone's really dying, are they? Not that you asked, but my guess is that the producers need to give Sue a little sympathetic edge by now (she's been especially ferocious, without balance in it, for quite some time). Which, I guess, means that losing a family member might give her a well-played, heartwrenching (and probably Emmy-winning, to boot) scene or two. Just my personal, and hardly scientific in the least, guess. I'm very good at guessing wrong, most days.

Nice to see you here again, Gatsby722. I hate Quinn. I prefer Finchel, lol. I believe that the character who's dying is either Becky or Sue's sister, Jean. We will find out in another 7 days. I have watched the promo for the next episode, "Funeral". IMO, the term funeral might be used in a figurative way. Maybe it refers to the "funeral" of New Directions now that Sue wants to destroy it so much? Hm...

Can someone let me know if I missed anything in the last 2-3 minutes of last nights episode? We had some severe weather here and they cut away to the news with just a couple minutes left. Also, I agree with Matthew...I think "Funeral" is just an easy way to make people think the worst, but it's really just going to be the end of a relationship between a couple of the members (or someone outright leaving).

Great to see you posting on this thread again, Gatsby! Matthew, I don't think it's going to be Becky because they've released pictures from next week's episode and there's one of Sue hugging Becky. You can see that pic and a few more here. I agree with Gatsby, I think it's going to be Sue's sister... and that makes me sad. I don't want anyone in Glee to die! Can someone let me know if I missed anything in the last 2-3 minutes of last nights episode? We had some severe weather here and they cut away to the news with just a couple minutes left. Pyonir, I don't know what the last bit you saw was, but during the last two or three minutes, Mercedes and Santana sing "Dancing Queen" and we see all the kids dancing and taking their prom picture. Which were: Rachel, Mercedes and Sam together, Quinn by herself, Puck & Lauren, Artie & Brittany, Mike & Tina and Kurt & Blaine. All the pictures were great and very fitting
