If I could just add a general reminder - this is taken from the first post in the thread, dating from 2009:
The original idea is to get to know staff members, some prolific authors and longer term members.
For the interviews to be of general interest, people need to have come across you - hence the reference to staff members, regular authors and long standing members. You also need to nominate other FT members to ask the questions, so need to 'know' quite a few people on the site. This not intended to discourage anyone from putting themselves forward, but if you've only been on the site for a few months, you would be better to wait a while.
The interview marked as 'in progress' is in its very early stages, so it could be a while before it's ready.
