I am glad that you like it. For the others who didn't know, I had sent Jane a card for her birthday, not the same as this one, and it didn't arrive so I waited until after the Christmas rush before attempting to send another. For all I know the other one might still arrive, it could be still in the postbox!

Today I'd like to share something crafted by a friend of mine. Marina owns a vintage clothing store, with a side of antiques and general "neat stuff". She busies herself mending, altering, framing and so on, whilst allowing customers to browse, or when chatting with folk like me. Today she was making a bracelet out of old buttons, and I thought to share the finished product here, with her permission. That's her hand
