I've seen this in a lot of quizzes recently, so I thought I'd share a very quick hint.

When writing a quiz, if you have information that someone was the 'only' person to do something, how about changing the wording to 'the first'? In many cases, there could be possibly someone else who accomplishes the same feat/activity, so by changing the word from 'the only' to 'the first', this guards against the information becoming incorrect in the future.
