Trying to do more research on this issue, to figure out if we need to do anything about it.
Are people suppose to be able to see our Ip address on our websites?

On one of mine, when I right click and hit view page source,
one thing I'm noticing that I don't seem to notice when I go to other people's websites is this:
'var lycos_ad_remote_addr='
then of course it lists our ip address after the =
which don't want to put it here.

Thanks,
Amy

Are you using templates provided by Lycos? Because that looks like code they will have inserted as standard to track users for advertising purposes.

If you can alter the basic code for the template then you could remove that line but I suspect that it's embedded and therefore you can't change it. As long as the user can only see their own IP address it's not a privacy problem.
